CONTRACT FILLING & PACKAGING SERVICES
Alpine Material Solutions offers contract filling services for unit dose, single use and sample packaging. We can package your product in four side sealed foil based pouches, in dispenser tip vials and ampules, as well as in packets and sachets in sizes ranging
from .25 ML to 90 ML.
Lidding Films
Adherence of film to a specific tray and the resultant seal integrity requires a solid understanding and expertise in both film and tray. In addition to our deep knowledge of films and materials our customer care personnel also possess years of experience and involvement in custom thermoforming and tray design.
Laminated Films
We provide laminated films to manufacturers of stand up and zippered pouches, printers of flexible packaging, food processors, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies for blister packaging as well as contract manufacturing/packaging companies.
Thermoforming
We provide materials to companies who are primarily involved with thin and heavy gauge Thermoforming, Vacuum Forming, Pressure Forming and Sheet Molding Compound applications.
