Thermoforming

Material:Thermoforming

We provide materials to companies who are primarily involved with thin and heavy gauge Thermoforming, Vacuum Forming, Pressure Forming and Sheet Molding Compound applications. Our forming material offerings vary from thinner film measuring in thickness of 3.5 mil to what is commonly and more appropriately recognized as plastic sheet material which starts at a thickness of 10 mil and can go up to .5 inch in some cases depending on the specified material. We market both mono-layer and co-extruded films and materials.

In addition to serving converter-formers who buy our products to form their finished parts in their efforts to serve their customers’ needs we also work closely with food processing companies who form, load and seal their own barrier packaging using fully automatic in-line processes.

Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Companies also utilize our FDA approved materials in their automated blister and tray packaging processes.

Our plastic substrates are used in the manufacturing and production packaging, signage and point of purchase displays. Our products can be used in in-line, single station and rotary vacuum forming processes.

*Most listed materials are available in food and medical grades

Alpine can also assist your company if you are looking for custom designed thermoformed products. We have many years of experience in which draw from in helping you develop products that meet your goals of developing innovative packaging and point of purchase display.
