Material:Extruded Films & Materials

Alpine Material Solutions produces and markets a wide range of both mono-layer and coextruded films and materials.

We work closely with food processing entities, medical, bio-tech, and pharmaceutical companies as well as manufacturers of commercial products that are more industrial in nature.

Our customers often require film and material solutions that are highly customized and are tailored to their specialized needs. This is typically due to their in-plant use of processing, manufacturing, and automated packaging technologies however the variety of products that are being packaged will always have their own sets of considerations and needs.

The dynamics of knowledge and understanding of each product, rapidly and ever evolving processing technologies coupled with differing atmospheric considerations within our customers’ plants drive us to more deeply understand each of our customer’s specific goals and challenges.

Our engineering expertise allows us to enhance specific film properties in order to create unique solutions and custom formulations. While we do have the depth of knowledge to tackle complex challenges we, at the same time, strive to always remain completely customer focused and provide personalized service, on-time delivery and exceptional customer support.

At Alpine we use of the highest quality resins available within the industry. All of our resins are FDA compliant for applications where there may be direct and or incidental food contact. We can provide your company with a wide variety of materials to assure your packaging goals and needs are met and quite possibly even exceeded. Quality and consistency of extruded films are achieved using prime grades of LDPE, EVOH, LLDPE, Metallocene, ULDPE, MDPE, HDPE, EVA, and other specialty resins.

One of the most important qualities that you should expect from your packaging films supplier is consistency. The quality of the film that you received from the very first production run should be matched in all subsequent runs. No matter if it is a week, a month, or even several years later the film you receive today should be identical in both its composition and ultimately its performance to what you got from the original shipment.

The films that we produce will protect your products and will inhibit the migration of oxygen, liquids, oils, fats and aromas for enhanced shelf life. We will protect and preserve you products while at the same time optimize shelf-appeal.

Our barrier and our breathable solutions are impressive so from fresh cut vegetable and fruits to frozen foods as well as everything in between, Alpine Material Solutions will provide you with high-performance films and materials for all of your flexible packaging applications and requirements.

Manufacturing Capabilities:

We work as closely with the institutional food service industry as we do with consumer packaged goods companies In order to provide a range of solutions that meet both of these segments increasingly diverse needs.

Our manufacturing capabilities include producing roll stock and finished bags. We produce co-extruded films for 1.25 mil up to 10 mil and our monolayer films can range from .5 mil to 10 mil.
